OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

  • Only full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged for an online credit note.  
  • No returns on Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (unless the item is faulty). 
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to hello@thekindnesscollective.com.
  • Returns will be accepted only if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition they were received.

 

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

The Kindness Collective takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items are considered the responsibility of the customer.

You must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange. 

EXCHANGES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
